It’s hard to create a narcissist, but it can be done. You have to have the right genetics, the right family, the right environment, the right tendencies and disposition, but it can be done. One thing that’s harder than creating a narcissist? Uncreating a narcissist.

Thankfully, after twenty years, I have found some peace. I have found some meaning. I have found some answers. It has always been my deepest desire that someday I might be able to make sense of all this pain and that sharing my story might be of benefit to someone in a similar situation. I hope the pages that follow will in some way help anyone going through their own process of releasing fear and finding peace.
